4-Channel High-Voltage Differential Output with Native Direct DriveEliminates the need for external baluns or amplifiers required by traditional signal sources. All four channels of the DG6000 support differential output and feature three switchable modes: HBW (High Bandwidth), AMP (High Amplitude), and SND (Single-Ended). In AMP mode, the instrument can directly output differential signals up to 20Vpp (100Ω). You can directly drive the gates of SiC/GaN power devices or perform high-voltage differential bus testing, ensuring a simpler signal chain and higher signal fidelity. -
350 ps Fast Edges: Defining the Time-Domain BenchmarkSquare wave performance is a critical metric for evaluating the time-domain quality of a signal source. The DG6000 increases the maximum square wave frequency to 300 MHz. In fast edge mode, the typical rise/fall time is only 350 ps. This delivers a near-ideal step response, making it the golden clock source for verifying high-speed digital interfaces and testing the setup/hold times of logic circuits, ensuring lower jitter and greater waveform stability. -
Fully Isolated Channels for Safer Floating MeasurementsThe DG6000 features a fully electrically isolated channel design, where each channel has an independent floating ground reference. Compared to traditional common-ground instruments, this feature effectively breaks ground loops and eliminates inter-channel crosstalk. When performing parallel power supply testing, bioelectrical signal simulation, or industrial floating measurements, it not only ensures a lower noise floor but also prevents equipment damage caused by wiring errors. -
1 GHz Bandwidth and 16-bit High FidelityBalancing frequency bandwidth and waveform precision. The DG6000 provides a sine wave output of up to 1 GHz, directly covering testing needs from IF (Intermediate Frequency) to RF (Radio Frequency). Combined with a 16-bit vertical resolution and a 2.5 GSa/s sample rate, its quantization precision is 4 times that of traditional 14-bit instruments. In large dynamic range testing, even minute details superimposed on large-amplitude signals can be reproduced clearly without quantization artifacts (jagged edges). -
512 Mpts Deep Memory for Reproducing Authentic Long WaveformsIn radar, sonar, and complex environment simulations, waveform length dictates the realism of the simulation. The DG6000 offers an optional memory depth of up to 512 Mpts/CH. This allows users to download and replay long-duration, real-world sampled data, or to generate extremely long, non-periodic sequences. It completely eliminates the need for "short waveform looping" caused by insufficient memory, ensuring that simulation scenarios perfectly align with real-world environments. -
Standard Advanced Signal Library for Versatile ApplicationsOperating independently of PC software, the DG6000 comes standard with a rich set of built-in signal configuration templates. The built-in I/Q modulation can directly generate digital communication signals; PRBS patterns are available for Bit Error Rate (BER) testing; the Multitone function enables rapid audio intermodulation distortion (IMD) analysis; and the sequence and multi-pulse functions support the definition of complex waveform transition logic. A single instrument comprehensively covers the diverse testing requirements of communications, semiconductors, and general electronics.
